Although we do not sell our plants or material to the public, we can recommend many local nurseries in the area. All of our materials are custom ordered from our suppliers.
Our facility has many wonderful displays of landscape features that you can use as inspirations for your custom landscape ideas.

2. Who will meet with me at my consultation?

Expect to meet with one or both of the owners of JaBaay’s Outdoor Creations for your first consultation.

3. Do you give free estimates?

There is a $100 charge for new customer consultation with our owners. They will come out to your home and provide on site analysis, recommendation of concept and ideas, exclusive aspects for property and landscape requirements. Payment is due at the end of the appointment and the consultation fee will be subtracted from total cost of work completed by JaBaay’s Outdoor Creations.

4. Can we do our work in phases?

Absolutely. Some customers chose to phase their work out over the course of a few seasons. When you give us an idea of your short or long term vision, we can
let you know where to start.

5. Do you sub-contract out your work?

No. All work is done by our knowledgeable staff that specializes in many different areas of landscape, hardscape, pergolas, lighting, water features and custom design.

6. Are you a lawn maintenance company?

Jabaays Outdoor Creations can help you with maintaining your new and existing landcape (this does not include lawn maintenance or fertilizing). We can recommend a lawn maintenance company in the area. We do take care of customers with spring and fall clean-ups, which include trimming, edging, weeding, preen and mulch installation.

7. Do you guarantee your plant materials?

Yes, we give our customers one year warranty on all plant materials.
